Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are a manufacuring company with 100 employees and is the leading manufacturer specialized in designing and manufacturing different kinds of kayaks with the experience of more than 5 years.
Q: How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.
Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days .
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T ( 30% Deposit, Balance be paid before shipping / or the 70% against B/L copy after shippment ,Or Irrevocable L/C at sight.) for small order we accept PAYPAL, WEST UNION, ESCOW.
Q: How to arrange shipment?
A: If the price is based on CNF Destination, we will arrange the forwarder to ship the cargo to the destination port . You just to pick up your goods with the custom documents. If price is based on FOB our port, we can help to arrange the forwarder too .But if you have appointed forwarder ,please let them contact us directly .
Q: How to avoid quality problems?
A: When customer place the order, please specify specification as clear as possible to avoid quality problems in future. For LCL shipment, we advice customer pay attention to shipping to avoid goods damage when loading and unloading.
Q: How to solve quality problems?
A: Usually, we will inspect goods carefully before delivery according to AQL standard. If it is product itself quality problems, we will replace defect parts or whole product free of charge. For those quality caused by shipment, especially for LCL goods, if price is based on FOB, we will take no responsibility.
